LUMIA REVERIE STUDIO – ONLINE GALLERY TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms apply when you access, view, or download photos from any online gallery provided by Lumia Reverie Studio LLC (“Lumia,” “we,” “our”).

1. Use of the Gallery

By entering the gallery link or using the download features, you agree to follow these terms.

Access is for the client and approved individuals only. Do not share your gallery password without permission.

2. Personal Use Only

All images remain the copyright of Lumia Reverie Studio LLC.

You may download and use the photos for personal use, including:

Printing

Sharing with family and friends

Posting on personal social media (credit appreciated)

You may not:

Sell the images

Modify them with extreme edits or filters

Use them for business, advertising, or commercial purposes without written permission

3. No Unauthorized Distribution

Do not upload the images to stock sites, contests, or any commercial platform.

Do not give editing rights or access to third-party editors without written approval.

4. Gallery Availability

Your gallery will remain available for at least 60 days.

After this period, files may be removed and storage is not guaranteed.

5. Download Responsibility

Once downloaded, you are responsible for saving and backing up your images.

Lumia is not responsible for lost files after delivery or expiration of the gallery.

6. Privacy

Images in your gallery are private and accessible only through your unique link/password.

We do not share your gallery unless you grant written permission.

7. Liability

Lumia is not responsible for:

Technical issues with your device or internet

Third-party platform outages

Unauthorized access due to password sharing by the client

If an error occurs on our end, we will work to resolve it promptly.
